We believe that there is plenty to do in the UK, which doesn’t have to cost a fortune. You will see our two dogs, Samson and Kallie feature within our trips who are our naughty tag-alongs.

Bristol

Bristol is a brilliant place to visit, full of surprises and is a great place for a weekend with friends or family. Visit ideally in August as part of the Bristol balloon fiesta, this is a great event which is well worth watching.

Cotswolds

Our short trip in the cotswolds was a perfect easy get away. This is a great example of when you don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a lot out of a trip. Simple things such as home made cider from where we stayed was a fantastic way to spend part of our holiday.

Anglesey

Anglesey is very unexpected. This beautiful welsh island holds a great place in my heart, as I travelled here every year as a child with my parents. There is so much to do, with good food, beautiful beaches, great forests and brilliant coast lines. This is a must visit place for a family holiday in the UK.

Sherwood Forest- Nottinghamshire.

This is the place of myth and legends, and you will feel it, walking the same footsteps as Robin Hood himself. With thousand year old trees, old ruins, walks through ancient forests so thick you can get lost for hours. You will love this place as much as we did.
